The Swingle Family Foundation Safe Zone Training is a program that helps local businesses and organizations enable their staff to foster an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ folks. Learning about and implementing these inclusionary practices builds community and trust in your business that folks can patronize without fear discrimination.
